I just want to jot down my thoughts so that I don't forget this summer.

This summer was by far the most productive I've ever had. I thank God. I'm so pleased with everything that has happened. Yes, I've grumbled here and there but I enjoyed the entire result after seeing the big picture. This summer has included the following...

Summer classes at FCCJ: Physics I and Calculus III
Prostate Cancer Research at Southside Cancer Center (Publication in process)
Basic Webdesign w/html and some experience with Dreamweaver
Basic Video creation using Windows Movie Maker (special effects are fun)
Taught myself more guitar
Created a youth worship band within the church
Spoke in front of the youth at church
Organized sound system and recording for band

These accomplishments have made me very happy this summer and Im glad I've had the opportunity to accomplish them. HOWEVER, the things I did not accomplish also bother me...

I did not hang out with many friends...only...(mike and hannah)
I did not go to the beach
I did not exercise enough
I did not learn enough web design
I did not finish certain television series...

That's about it at this point. But all in all, this was a nice and productive summer. Im so glad I had all of these opportunities. I hope everyone else has had a wonderful summer as well. MAYBE...just maybe I can get a chance to hang out with some more friends before I leave. I leave the 19th btw. Just lemme know. This is David...over and out.
